Hey, I’m Harshit

A fitness content creator and a health coach, let me share a small story about my transformation and fitness journey.

I was at 78-80kgs body weight during 2020 lockdown I always wanted to do something unique and different in life and at that time I wanted to become an E-commerce model so I sent some of my photographs to a modelling agency and they said me that ‘ Ja Pehle Wajan km kr k aa’ and that hit me very hard from that day I have decided to change my physique and lifestyle. So, started learning about nutrition and exercises and without any guidance or without going to gym I lost 13kgs in 3 months and that feeling was insane man I can’t explain it you by texts I was feeling super confident, energetic, fit and powerful, that one decision has changed my entire life. Later on, I started making content and educating and inspiring people that if I can do this, then anyone can do it. Through content I helped many people to transform their physique and also collaborated with many brands. Later on, I saw that people need personal guidance to transform themselves so I started my online fitness training till now I have trained more than 280+ clients.
